This provides a good basis for understanding and resolution when things appear to go wrong. Wherever possible we would strongly recommend that you speak to your class teacher or the head teacher where appropriate.
However, the school recognises that it is your right to take your complaint further where you feel that your complaint has not been dealt with in a satisfactory way.
