A typical day in nursery consists of both time in-doors and out-doors, experiences which include everything from early phonics teaching and stories through to home corners, building blocks and balance bikes! Children at our nursery have access to a huge choice of popular play items, as well as guided sessions in arts and crafts to help them to develop the skills they will need to be successful in the next stages of their learning. 

Our curriculum is delivered through a very wide range of fun activities and events. The following is snapshot of some of the exciting things that happen;

• Forest school
• Using the playing field for various sports
• Termly music lessons delivered by professional Teachers from Cambridgeshire Music
• Termly PE and sports delivered by professional coaches from Cambridge United
• Celebration of different religious or cultural events e.g. Chinese New Year, Diwali, Eid etc etc.
• Visitors – such as the Raptor Foundation
• Nature walks

We encourage to Parents to be part of the Nursery through  joining various Tea-time parties, or coming into read a story.  So that you can see the various things that have happening in the Nursery we use a system called Class Dojo. This also allows you to share what is happening at home.
