Late/Absence Procedures

If your child is unwell and will not be attending the school, please advise the school as soon as possible.

 

Please email office@ridgefield.cambs.sch.uk or phone 01223 712418 and leave a message 

 

We need to be advised by 9am at the latest.

 

Thank you for your co-operation

If your child needs to attend a medical appointment or is looking to take exceptional leave of absence , then please complete the appropriate form below and email it to the office, thank you.

 

  • Children who have medical appointments in the morning should remain off school for the morning, then return at lunchtime
  • Children who have a medical appointment in the afternoon should come to school for the morning, be collected at lunchtime and then remain off for the remainder of the day.
