Ridgefield is a thriving, inclusive learning community in the heart of Cambridge where every child is valued and inspired to reach their full potential. We believe that when children feel safe, happy and genuinely excited about learning remarkable things can happen. 

We are a one-form entry school with approximately 210 pupils and a 26-place nursery, and so we offer something increasingly rare: a genuinely family-centred environment where every child is truly known as an individual and where learning becomes an adventure that extends beyond the classroom walls. 

Our experienced and passionate teaching team doesn't just deliver lessons - they inspire curiosity, celebrate effort, and nurture each child's unique talents and interests. They learn alongside the children, engage in meaningful dialogue with them and take genuine delight in their successes. Most importantly, they work relentlessly to ensure every child in their care achieves the best they possibly can academically, socially and emotionally. 

The recent years have taught us invaluable lessons about resilience, adaptability and the power of community.
